In our Community Store, you will find various valuable apps and themes. But which of them are particularly relevant for your store, and what experiences have other shop owners had used the extensions? The ratings in the store provide helpful information on this. Every shop operator can rate the extensions they use and thus provide valuable feedback for other store visitors and, of course, for the app manufacturer itself.
It's that easy to create a rating for apps or themes.
Evaluating an extension is quick and yet so valuable. And this is how easy it works:
Log in to your Shopware account.
Click on the „licences“ tab within the shop.
Now select one of the apps and themes listed here and click on “Rate”.
You can now award up to five stars for the criteria Functionality, Usability, Documentation, and Support, which automatically results in an overall rating. In addition to entering your name and a short, concise summary of your rating, you can optionally add a comment.
New plugin reviews are published immediately
After you have submitted your review, it is visible to everyone directly in the Community Store. We ask you to follow the guidelines that we have linked in the account for each rating so that ratings are always fair and constructive. In addition, if you have any problems with an extension, you should contact the manufacturer directly in advance. If a rating does not correspond to the guidelines, we reserve the right to remove it again.
